This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced support worker ready to develop leadership skills while continuing hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and emotional support to young people

• Act as a role model and mentor to Support Workers

• Assist with shift leadership and daily operations

• Ensure care plans are implemented effectively

• Promote independence, wellbeing and life skills

• Maintain accurate records and safeguarding standards
About You

• Experience working with children or young people in residential care

• Passionate about improving lives and creating positive outcomes

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Calm and supportive approach in challenging situations
