You will participate in strategic planning and development while remaining involved in day‑to‑day practice matters. Candidates should have relevant fostering experience, including quality assurance of assessments submitted by both internal and external assessors. A robust understanding of fostering regulations, the role of fostering panels, and managing support staff within the service is essential.
