Torfaen County Borough Council is seeking a dedicated individual to join the Housing Solutions Team to provide vital housing advice to families facing homelessness. This fixed-term role requires a good understanding of homelessness prevention and experience with the Housing Wales Act 2014.
The successful candidate will assist in creating personal housing plans and support households in need. We welcome applications from diverse backgrounds and believe in a supportive work environment.
