The Cardiff Youth Justice Service is looking for an experienced Senior YJS Practitioner to join the Court & Case Management Team on a permanent basis. This role involves working with children and young people aged 10–17 who are at risk of offending or have offended.
Your responsibilities will include managing complex cases, planning interventions, writing high-quality reports, and supervising casework within the team. You will collaborate with families and partner agencies, ensuring a restorative justice approach.
