Emmaus Merseyside is recruiting for a new Homelessness Support Worker to provide high-quality, structured, person-centred support to companions in supported housing.
You will coordinate and manage each individual’s support plan, ensuring interventions are outcome-focused and recorded clearly on our case management system. The role also includes housing management responsibilities, ensuring licence compliance and escalation of repairs as needed.
