Were looking for an enthusiastic Employability Officer to connect participants with sustainable employment and work placement opportunities across South East Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local employers.
• Source sustainable job opportunities and quality work placements.
• Match participants with suitable roles based on their skills and aspirations.
• Conduct workplace health & safety checks and risk assessments.
• Provide in-work support to help participants sustain employment.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Keep up to date with local labour market trends and employer needs.

About You:

• Experience supporting unemployed adults or young people into work.
• Proven ability to build employer relationships and secure job opportunities.
• Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
