Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Customer Accounts Specialist to support residents with tenancies, reduce arrears and maximise income collection. You will own the income and arrears process and work across CRM and housing management systems.
Based in a hybrid role with Haywards Heath base, you will visit tenants, review circumstances, provide practical advice and guide customers through challenging situations, aiming for positive outcomes and secure homes.
