Codi Group is seeking a Scheme Support Officer for Janner House in Cardiff. The role is full-time and permanent, requiring you to work on a rolling rota that includes days and sleep-in shifts with an additional £62.64 sleep-in payment.
You will support adults and help them develop independent living skills within a not-for-profit housing, care, and support service. You will work closely with Project Workers to deliver effective support, manage a varied workload, and engage with external agencies
