The Wallich in Cardiff is seeking a dedicated residential support worker to assist Service Users aged 18+ with housing and personal challenges. You will coordinate practical support, promote independence and help Service Users achieve sustainable move-on, in a safe and respectful environment. Role requires Enhanced DBS disclosure and a driving licence with access to own vehicle.
Hours are 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00 with some flexibility. Closing date: 17 August 2026 at 09:00.
