Encompass in the United Kingdom is seeking a reliable, warm and proactive individual to join our small, dedicated team to support a young gentleman who has learning disabilities and dementia at home with his supportive parents. Your role will help him stay as independent as possible and participate in social activities he enjoys.
The role is part-time with evening visits seven days a week, alternate weekends, flexibility in hours, and a regular rota.
