Senior Supported Lodgings Support Worker needed in Cardiff

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with landlords, estate agents and young people to secure safe, suitable and affordable accommodation, while supporting individuals into tenancies through bonds, rent in advance and other financial assistance. They will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of supported lodgings, offering both key-working and general support to help residents maintain their tenancies and develop independence.

They will provide timely advice and practical help to vulnerable young people in crisis, encouraging access to additional support and health services where needed. Alongside this, they will contribute to effective budget management processes and play an active role in developing and improving services for young people.
