Victim Support is recruiting Helpline Advisers for our National Contact Centre in Cardiff. The role is office-based, 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 8am and 8pm and a 12-month fixed term. Induction and rota hours will be discussed at interview.
You will provide emotional support and information to victims of crime, coordinate referrals, and work across services while maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding practices.
