The Cranstoun Group is recruiting for a Case Manager to deliver domestic abuse case management interventions across West Mercia, including Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.
The role is permanent with hybrid working between home and office, and requires a full driving licence and access to a car. You will work with multi‑agency partners to improve victim safety and complete accredited training for working with perpetrators of domestic violence.
