Bolton Council is recruiting for a SEND Assessment Service role within the Post-16 hub in Bolton. This is a permanent, full-time position (37 hours per week) working to coordinate Education, Health and Care (EHC) Assessments and issue EHC Plans under the Children and Families Act 2014.
The successful candidate will possess a Level 6 qualification, have strong organisational and communication skills, and build relationships with families, education providers and partner agencies to support
