Senior Full Stack Developer – Cardiff (2 days a week on site)

Base pay range: £65,000 - £77,000 + shares & excellent benefits.

. This is your chance to join a well‑established, independent business that’s growing fast and leading the way in the media technology space. You’ll be part of a collaborative Cardiff‑based team building and maintaining a powerful AWS‑based platform used by major brands across the US.

If you don’t have every technology listed but have solid experience with object‑oriented or functional programming and a desire to learn, you’ll still be strongly considered.

This is what you’ll be doing:

• You will contribute to software design and development across the full‑stack of React (Type Script) frontend and AWS Lambda & API Gateway (Type Script) back‑ends, data pipelines using PySpark (AWS Glue) and Step Functions

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
• Test‑drive and pair‑program to ensure high‑quality, maintainable code.
• Continuously refine and improve existing systems to keep performance and reliability high.
