Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Cloud Engineer - Software

Job Description

We’re looking for a capable and motivated Software Engineer with hands on experience in C# or React
. You’ll contribute to the development of our strategic applications, working across modern API driven services and user interfaces that support our lending solutions. This role suits someone who enjoys solving real problems, collaborating with others, and steadily growing their technical skills. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, product owners, and the wider team to deliver high quality features and improvements that make a meaningful impact.

• Develop and enhance API‑driven microservices and backend components using C#.
• Build and improve modern React user interfaces that support end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• Investigate and resolve issues across the stack, delivering practical, customer‑focused fixes.
• Contribute to technical discussions, refinement sessions, and collaborative design work.
• Support production systems by helping diagnose defects, performance issues, and user‑reported problems.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Work closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to refine processes and enhance tooling.
• Write clear, maintainable, well‑tested code and contribute to documentation that supports long‑term quality.

• Have solid, hands on experience with C# or React in a modern software development environment.
• Are comfortable learning new tools and working across both modern and established systems.
• Enjoy breaking down problems and proposing practical, well reasoned solutions.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with engineers and product owners.
• Take ownership of your work and care about delivering quality.
• Are curious, proactive, and open to feedback as part of continuous improvement.
• Have experience working in agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Interest in CI/CD, Dev Ops practices, or automation.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Curiosity about how AI can support software development and team productivity.
