Senior AI Software Engineer; GenAI

• We have built and deployed production LLM applications.
• We have strong experience with RAG, including document ingestion, chunking strategies, embeddings, vector search and retrieval, context engineering, and prompt orchestration.
• We have LLM deployment experience, not just experimentation.
• We have experience with Azure OpenAI, Ollama and/or Vertex AI.
• We have experience with Python, FastAPI, and REST API development.
• We have experience with Lang Chain and/or Lang Graph.
• We have experience with AKS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• We have experience with secure AI development and Dev Sec Ops  practices, including RBAC, Azure AD, Key Vault, secrets management, secure deployment patterns, auditability, and governance.
• We have experience with LLM evaluation and optimisation, including grounding, hallucination detection, response quality measurement, accuracy testing, and prompt and context engineering.
• We can confidently explain RAG end to end, embeddings and vector databases, production LLM operations, AI security, model evaluation, and exposing AI capabilities through APIs and enterprise applications.
• Desirable experience includes Azure AI Foundry, agentic AI, MCP, private LLM deployments, and working in enterprise security or regulated environments.

• We deliver real‑world GenAI solutions and clearly explain both the concepts and the implementation behind them.
• We design and implement end‑to‑end RAG solutions.

We are hiring a Senior Generative AI Engineer / AI Software Engineer for a 6-month contract with potential to extend. This is a hands‑on role focused on building, deploying, and securing production‑grade AI applications in a regulated enterprise environment. We are looking for someone with proven real‑world GenAI delivery experience, strong software engineering skills, and the ability to explain architectural decisions clearly.

Candidates should be able to work across production LLMs, RAG, secure deployment, and evaluation.
