Initial Driver CPC Module 4

For a new LGV driver who passed their CAR test AFTER Jan 97 and LGV test AFTER Sep 09 and requires an Initial Driver Qualification Card (DQC) to be employed as a professional driver.

The Module 4 Course (only) includes:

• Module 4 Practical training day with a qualified instructor
• Use of DVSA approved minimum test vehicle
• Module 4 DVSA practical test fee
• DQC (issued later by the DVSA)

• Online module 2 CPC case study theory training
• Module 2 DVSA theory test fee
• Module 4 Practical training day with a qualified instructor
• Use of DVSA approved minimum test vehicle
• Module 4 DVSA practical test fee
• DQC (issued later by the DVSA)

For an LGV driver who passed their CAR test BEFORE Jan 97, or passed their LGV test BEFORE Sep 09 and requires a Driver Qualification Card (DQC) to be employed as a professional driver.

This is a 35 hour course held over 5 training days. The course includes:

• JAUPT Approved Driver CPC Training
• All DVSA training up-load fees
• Certificates of training
• DQC (issued later by the DVSA)
