🧭 Your mission
- Assist the Captain in the safe, efficient, and professional operation of all flights, upholding UK CAA regulations, company SOPs, and high service standards.
- Lead thorough pre‑flight preparation including performance, weight and balance, fuel planning, and aircraft documentation.
- Carry out aircraft checks, flows, and callouts; monitor systems, weather, and aircraft performance from takeoff to touchdown.
- Manage clear and concise communications with ATC, ground services, and internal stakeholders.
- Champion safety and compliance, contributing to the Safety Management System and accurate flight records.
- Deliver a discreet, client‑focused onboard experience consistent with executive charter expectations.
- Adapt to operational demands, including short‑notice changes, weekends, and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanour.
- Strong CRM, situational awareness, and sound decision‑making under pressure.
- Collaborative attitude with a commitment to learning, continuous improvement, and client service.
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Total time: 230 hours
- Licence: CPL + IR (UK CAA)
- Medical:
Class 1 - English proficiency: ICAO ELP level 4 or higher
- Type rating:
Not required — training provided (NTR) - Right to work:
Eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction
- Previous multi‑engine turbine time.
- King Air 200 type rating (preferred but not essential).
- Background in corporate/executive or charter operations.
- Build valuable time and experience on a proven King Air 200 charter platform.
- Structured training with a safety‑first, SOP‑driven environment.
- Professional exposure to dynamic, client‑centric executive flying.
