ABM UK at Heathrow Airport is seeking a Lead Agent to deliver first-class customer experiences during high-profile flights. You will act as a focal point for colleagues, airlines and passengers, guiding a team through busy operations and mentoring newer agents.
This 6-month fixed term contract runs on a 4 on, 4 off schedule, 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of £15.44 per hour. You will ensure seamless journeys, manage passenger information on PDAs, and uphold safety and excellent service
