Labourer​/Driver

About the role

GAP Pump & Power Services Division provides advice, servicing, maintenance and repair for generators, dewatering and sewerage pump applications, including a range of hoses, settlement tanks and water processing solutions.

Working in the heart of the depot, the Labourer/Driver will keep all areas clean and tidy, ensure equipment leaving the depot is checked and maintained to the highest standards, and provide timely professional delivery and collection of Pump & Power equipment to and from GAP Group customers.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in a similar environment, drives responsibly and safely within the law at all times.

• Previous experience working within a similar role, preferably within a hire depot or yard environment
• Forklift Licence would be highly beneficial
• Understanding of Health & Safety protocols and ability to follow these guidelines in the workplace
• Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
• Full driving licence is essential
