Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for a range of exciting opportunities within our Frontline Services teams. If you're reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working outdoors as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

Available Positions

Blitz Team

Driving a transit van and operating heavy power tools along highways

Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 2:30pm

Cleansing Team

Driving a transit van and emptying bins throughout the city

Monday to Friday, 3:30pm - 11:30pm
Tuesday to Friday, 6:00am - 3:45pm
Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 1:00pm

Cleansing Team - Parks

Driving a transit van and emptying bins within Cardiff's parks

Commercial driving experience is desirable due to driving within restricted areas.

Monday to Friday, 1:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday to Monday, 1:00pm - 9:00pm

What We're Looking For

✅ Full UK driving licence

✅ Relevant driving experience

✅ Reliable and hardworking individuals

✅ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

✅ Good teamwork and communication skills

✅ Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming city
