To oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards.

• Supervise daily warehouse activities (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch)
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Manage and motivate warehouse staff
• Allocate tasks and monitor performance
• Train new employees and conduct briefings
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Perform regular stock checks and audits
• Ensure compliance with UK health & safety regulations
• Conduct safety checks and enforce procedures
• Report incidents and implement improvements
• Liaise with transport teams and suppliers
• Schedule deliveries and dispatches
• Ensure timely loading/unloading

• Experience in warehouse or logistics environment
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Forklift licence (e.g., Counterbalance/Reach)
• Understanding of KPI tracking
• Experience with inventory software

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Warehousing & Storage (preferred but not required)
