Genuit Group, via Polypipe Building Services, is seeking a Night Team Leader for a permanent night shift 21:30–06:00 at Polypipe Aylesford. You will manage the Warehouse shift team responsible for processing customer orders using voice recognition, ensuring daily handovers and meeting OTIF targets.
Key duties include coordinating with Operational Leaders, running shift meetings, training through the PDR process, and maintaining HSE standards.
