Despatch Operative – Afternoon Shifts | Cardiff

• Competitive pay:£460–£480 per week(based on 40 hours)
• Full-time afternoon shift:12:00 – 22:00, weekdays and weekends
• Work locally in Cardiff, avoiding long travel

• Maintain aZero Harmworkplace by proactively identifying and reporting hazards
• Accurately pick, load, unload, and manage orders to meet daily targets
• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to keep standards high
• Support audits by keeping your work area clean and organised
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries

• Previous experience in warehousing or distribution roles
• Comfortable using PCs and WMS or similar systems
• Reliable, organised, and a great team player
• Strong numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
• Flexible and proactive attitude to challenges
• External FLT licence desirable but not essential
