Night Shift Warehouse Despatch Operative – Cardiff

• Competitive pay: £460–£480 per week(based on 40 hours)
• Full-time night shift: 22:00 – 03:00, weekdays and weekends
• Work locally in Cardiff, avoiding long travel times

• Maintain a Zero Harm workplace by identifying and reporting hazards
• Pick, load, unload, and manage orders accurately to meet daily targets
• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure operational accuracy
• Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant for audits
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries

• Previous warehousing or distribution experience preferred
• Comfortable using PCs and WMS or similar systems
• Strong numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
• Flexible and proactive approach to workplace challenges
• External FLT licence desirable but not essential
