Site Manager (Residential)

£55,000 to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Overtime + Progression + Training + Pension
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager or similar professional with a background in residential construction to join our fast‑growing company. The role offers opportunities for training, progression, and the chance to develop into a Contract Manager.
Responsibilities- Maintain and build customer relationships.
- Manage incoming and outgoing work for the site.
- Prepare and provide monthly project updates.
- Complete weekly administrative tasks.
- Background in residential construction.
- Strong IT and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of residential and ideally commercial builds.
- SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.
