Pembrokeshire County Council’s Futureworks is seeking a Training Adviser to support young people aged 16-19 (expanding to 16-24 from April 2027) in Cardigan and surrounding areas. You will help learners gain qualifications, develop confidence and progress into work, education or further training.
You will deliver group sessions and one-to-one coaching, develop learning plans and facilitate work placements while promoting safeguarding and inclusion in every activity.
