A growing, forward-thinking business operating within the renewable energy and process industry is seeking to expand its engineering team.

This is a senior, hands‑on role within a small site team, responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of key plant equipment. You will play a critical part in maintaining operations, supporting plant efficiency, and driving continuous improvement.

• Oversee maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and process equipment across the plant
• Carry out inspections, servicing, and fault finding to ensure continuous operation
• Manage maintenance schedules, records, and spare parts
• Provide on‑call support for breakdowns and critical issues
• Lead improvement projects and support ongoing plant upgrades
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

• Proven maintenance experience within an industrial or process-driven environment
• Background in sectors such as energy, waste, agriculture, water treatment, or food manufacturing is advantageous
• Hands‑on experience with fault finding and maintaining complex plant systems
• Experience managing maintenance systems, schedules, and contractors
• Strong focus on minimising downtime and improving plant performance
