• £12.71 per hour (18‑20), £13.00 per hour (21+).

As a Bakery Team Member, you’ll bake fresh goods, check product dates, stock displays, and keep everything clean, safe, and running smoothly. Every task helps deliver the quality our customers can count on.

You’ll gain valuable skills in baking, food safety, and retail, learning on the job in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment where no two days are the same.
