Manufacturing Engineering Technician

Caribou, ME

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year

We are a global leader in developing high-performance, specialized components and assemblies solutions for critical industries including aerospace, life sciences, and industrial processing.

• Assist in installing, calibrating, and maintaining manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software systems
• Track tooling inventory and assist in procurement
• Update bills of materials and work instructions
• Identify production inefficiencies and support implementation of improvements
• Collaborate on new process or technology integrations
• Execute equipment and product performance tests
• Support quality control processes and document results
• Relay findings to engineering and production teams
• Track equipment downtime and performance metrics
• Help maintain technical documentation and SOPs
• Follow and contribute to the development of safety protocols
• Participate in safety training and report hazards promptly

• Strong communication skills—capable of conveying solutions to team members, suppliers, and customers
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
• Basic engineering drawing interpretation skills

• Familiar with ISO standards and environments
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or technical setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background
