Sales Operations and Category Management Support

This role provides ongoing Sales Operations, Category Management, Item Management, and Market Development support. The position involves product data maintenance, reporting, promotion administration, store project coordination, and cross-functional support across multiple business systems and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product master data, including UPC setup, audits, and item lifecycle updates.
• Generate, validate, and distribute sales, category, and business performance reports.
• Provide analytical and operational support to Category Management teams.
• Develop insights and recommendations through business reporting and trend analysis.
• Set up, monitor, and track promotional and pricing deals.
• Coordinate market development activities, including store installations, remodels, and closures.

Required Qualifications

Education:

A college degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Experience:

Experience building sales and customer trend reporting is required. Candidates must have a high attention to detail and a self-starter mentality. Familiarity with relevant internal systems is necessary; experience with IDW is considered in lieu of specific system knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

• An analytics or business degree is preferred.
• Project management experience is a plus.
