Construction Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Worker to support commercial and industrial construction projects under the direction of the Foreman and/or Superintendent. This role involves material handling, structural assembly, concrete work, carpentry, site cleanup, and occasional operation of powered equipment while maintaining strong safety standards. Advancement opportunities include a lead worker pathway and supervisor development.

Responsibilities

• Handle and transport construction materials safely and efficiently.
• Support structural assembly and carpentry activities.
• Perform concrete work as directed by site leadership.
• Operate powered equipment occasionally in accordance with site procedures.
• Follow construction safety requirements and maintain a compliant work environment.
• Complete site cleanup and maintain organized work areas.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of construction experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction trade school coursework.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
