£45,000 - £50,000 + 17% Bonus – Package of £52,000 to £58,000 + Progression to Directorship + Training + Pension + Flexible hours

Are you an Accountant with practice experience in taxation looking to become a technical expert within a family‑run business? We offer a 17% bonus and the opportunity of a 4‑day working week.

We are an established business of over 100 years, a stable and growing accounting practice in Cumbria. Our high standards and bespoke approach to training and development help us retain staff and pride ourselves on working closely with our clients.

In this role you will deliver excellent value to your clients across a wide and interesting array of industries and help them grow and increase profitability.

• Efficiently manage a portfolio of personal tax clients.
• Advise clients on all aspects of tax compliance and tax planning.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and provide commercial solutions.
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm – potential of a 4‑day working week.
