Are you looking to join one of the UK’s largest and most successful motor retail groups? Vertu Seat and Cupra Carlisle are looking for a talented Management Accountant to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant or an Assistant Accountant ready to step up
. If you’re analytical, organised, and passionate about supporting business performance, we’d love to hear from you.

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or Assistant Accountant
• Motor trade experience and knowledge of Kerridge (or similar systems) preferred but not essential
• Strong communication skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Excellent numerical and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

You’ll work closely with the team to produce accurate financial information, enabling effective business decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing management accounts
• Forecasts and estimates
• Payroll processing
• Accruals and prepayments
• Cashflow management
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Reconciling manufacturer bonuses
• Creating spreadsheets and statistical reports for the management team
• Coaching and developing colleagues within the finance team
