We are seeking a professional, personable and well-presented Receptionist / Welcome Host to act as the first point of contact for a busy, professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Greeting and welcoming visitors
Preparing refreshments for guests
Escorting visitors to meeting and conference rooms
Maintaining a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence at all times

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
8:45am - 5:00pm
37.5 hours per week
45-minute lunch break

Pay Rate:

£12.30 per hour Candidate Requirements:

Friendly, approachable and confident manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Willingness to support front-of-house and reception duties
