We are looking for a professional, personable, and well-presented Receptionist / Welcome Host to be the first point of contact in a busy, professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and courteously
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Prepare refreshments for guests
- Escort visitors to meeting and conference rooms
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front‑of‑house presence at all times
Monday to Friday
8:45 am – 5:00 pm
37.5 hours per week
45‑minute lunch break
Pay Rate£12.71 per hour
Candidate Requirements- Friendly, approachable, and confident manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Willingness to support front‑of‑house and reception duties
