This People Co-ordinator role is a part time (20 hours a week) opportunity based at our Carlisle office. This role will provide professional, confidential and proactive support to the People Director and support with administration tasks for the wider People Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive PA support to the People Director, anticipating requirements and helping to manage competing priorities and commitments.
  • Manage diary arrangements, meeting schedules, communication workflows and act as a trusted first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate leadership, governance and People Team meetings, minutes and actions.
  • Support colleague-related processes, administration and routine People Team activities, across the colleague life-cycle.
  • Build effective working relationships across the business and maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion and integrity.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working in a PA role (essential)
  • Experience of dealing with HR Administration tasks (desirable not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and experience of working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities
  • Proactive and forward-thinking approach with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues
  • High levels of discretion, integrity and professionalism
  • High attention to detail
