Earn a package of up to £60,000 per annum

• Competitive salary of £35,500 – £52,000 depending on experience and qualifications
• Enhanced overtime rates with the opportunity to earn an additional £9,000 per year

Previous Land Rover experience is not required; we’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification)
• A passion for delivering high‑quality work
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• A team‑focused attitude with a willingness to learn and develop

Experience with a manufacturer franchise would be beneficial, but is not essential.

As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional standards of workmanship and customer care. Responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing faults using the latest manufacturer diagnostic technology
• Completing vehicle health checks and identifying areas of concern
• Preparing new and Approved Used vehicles
• Completing technical repair work in line with documented procedures
• Recording work completed, labour and parts used accurately
• Communicating additional repair requirements to the Workshop Controller or Service Manager
• Ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest safety and cleanliness standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment

You will be eligible for an Introductory Bonus of £3,000, payable in two instalments: £1,000 in your first month’s wages when you join and a further £2,000 once you have successfully completed 6 months’ service. These payments are subject to tax and NI deductions. Should you leave the Company within 12 months of receiving the above payments by way of resignation or termination due to gross misconduct or unsatisfactory performance, you will reimburse the Company £1,000 of the introductory bonus (and the Company will be entitled to recover all or part of such sum by deduction from your final salary).
