Competitive salary of £35,500 – £52,000 depending on experience and qualifications

What We’re Looking For
You may currently be working as a:

• Vehicle Technician

• Mechanic

• MOT Tester

• HGV Technician

• Auto Technician

Essential requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification)

• A passion for delivering high-quality work

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• A team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and develop

Experience with a manufacturer franchise would be beneficial, but is not essential.

About the Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional standards of workmanship and customer care. Responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards

• Diagnosing faults using the latest manufacturer diagnostic technology

• Completing vehicle health checks and identifying areas of concern

• Preparing new and Approved Used vehicles

• Completing technical repair work in line with documented procedures

• Recording work completed, labour and parts used accurately

• Communicating additional repair requirements to the Workshop Controller or Service Manager

• Ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest safety and cleanliness standards

• Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment

* T&Cs of welcome bonus

You will be eligible for an Introductory Bonus of £3,000, which will be payable in two instalments, £1,000 in your first month’s wages when you join and a further £2,000 once you have successfully completed 6 months’ service.
These payments are subject to tax and NI deductions.
