About this Role
The Clerk to the Board will provide strategic leadership for governance across the Mater Christi Trust, ensuring effective, compliant, and high-performing governance at Board and Member level.
The role ensures governance adheres to statutory and regulatory requirements,reflects good practice, and supports effective decision-making.
- Has strong organisational skills
- Is confident working at a senior level
- Has strong understanding of governance or a willingness to develop expertise in this area
- Understands and is committed to thevalues and purpose of Catholic Education
Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent profession experience
- Recognised governance qualificationor working towards one (e.g. ICSA/CGI, NGA, equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of charityand company governance
