A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a commercial project in Carlisle. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing major commercial projects valued at £10M or more. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations on site, managing site teams and subcontractors, and being the face of the company. Candidates must be located within one hour of Carlisle and have relevant qualifications including SMSTS and a CSCS Black Card.
