Skilled Labourer

Your new company
A well-established residential house builder delivering high-quality new build homes. You will be joining a busy site team on a development in Harker, Carlisle, assisting with final finishing works ahead of plot handovers.

Your new role
You will be working as a skilled labourer carrying out basic finishing tasks across new build properties. Duties will include painting and touch-ups, applying mastic/sealant, general snagging, and ensuring plots are presented to a high standard. You will also support the site team with general duties to help meet deadlines.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role within construction or house building
Ability to carry out basic finishing tasks such as painting and mastic work
Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
CSCS card preferred
Reliable and hardworking attitude
