Estimator position dealing with roofing & cladding refurbishment projects Projects include: shopping centres, commercial building, university accommodation, industrial warehousing Producing estimate of projects ranging from £5k - £2m Will produce estimates for both Newcastle & Merseyside sites Completion of detailed site surveys Analysis of tender documentation, including technical documents to prepare estimates Consulting with subcontractors and suppliers to discuss estimates and resolve issues and inquiries The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Roofing & Cladding Refurbishment with:
