We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a major industrial/commercial construction and fit-out project valued at approximately £20 million.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate fit-out subcontractors on site.
- Coordinate multiple trades within an industrial/commercial construction environment.
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of health & safety.
- Monitor quality and ensure works meet required standards ahead of client sign-off.
- Manage the finishing programme and provide regular progress updates.
- Report issues and progress directly to the Fit-Out Project Manager.
- Act as a strong site presence supporting the Project Manager.
- Work closely with the MEP Manager to coordinate fit-out and MEP activities.

Substation installation experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Key Skills & Experience- Extensive experience managing fit-out subcontractors.
- Strong background in industrial/commercial fit-out.
- Ideally 20+ years' solid fit-out experience.

- SMSTS - essential
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Finishing Manager who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the programme, quality and H&S at site level.
They will have extensive hands-on experience managing fit-out subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades within large-scale industrial or commercial projects. Strong practical experience is highly valued, with a preference for someone who has a proven track record of delivering complex fit-out works rather than relying solely on formal qualifications.
