Up to £25,970 per annum NXT Recruitment is supporting a fast-paced, well-established business in Carlisle that is looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to its growing team. This is not a quiet or repetitive role. Its busy, reactive, and sometimes chaotic, and it needs someone with personality, resilience, and energy. The role This position sits at the heart of the operation. Youll handle customer enquiries across multiple channels, manage orders, solve problems, and keep everything moving. Its about balancing pace with accuracy while maintaining a consistently high level of customer service. Youll work closely with internal teams, support sales activity, and help ensure customers feel informed and supported throughout their journey.
