Customer Service Delivery Station Liaison

Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour
Shift: Wednesday – Saturday, 10:00 – 20:45

Instead we'll provide you with the training you need to problem‑solve for our customers. You'll bring your unique personality to every customer conversation and deliver the exceptional support experience our customers love.
- Provide best-in-class customer service from within the delivery station by organising successful re‑delivery attempts for customers' parcels.
- Call customers to confirm crucial delivery details and prevent further delivery delays.
- After the call, work with warehouse teams and Delivery Service Partners to ensure packages are re‑delivered successfully on the same day.
- Pre‑emptively solve delivery defects to reduce customer effort.
- Work variable hours to match when customers need us most, primarily Wednesday – Saturday 10:00 – 20:45.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom without restrictions.
- Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Flexible with regard to the non‑negotiable shift schedule of 10:00 – 20:45.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, including written, spoken, listening, and interpreting customer needs.
- Excellent time‑management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Experience working under pressure in a high‑volume environment while maintaining standards for productivity, quality and service.
- Ability to take ownership and be proactive.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- Hard‑working, articulate and detail‑oriented.
- Friendly and customer‑focused in every situation.
- Ability to learn quickly and embrace change.
- Comfortable multi‑tasking in a high‑energy environment.
The assessment, including a 1-2 hour test, takes place at the same location. We recommend using a PC (e.g., laptop) to get the best experience.
