This Customer Service Specialist opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations while delivering a consultative, customer-focused service. In this role, you will become a trusted point of contact, building strong relationships and ensuring every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of enquiries, influence outcomes, and contribute ideas that enhance service delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to resolution via phone and email. Acting as a key point of contact for customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Building strong, trusted relationships and acting as a customer advocate. Maintaining accurate records across multiple systems and ensuring data integrity. Supporting cross-department collaboration to deliver efficient outcomes. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery.
Monitoring feedback and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Delivering exceptional service aligned to agreed KPIs and quality standards.
About You:
Previous experience within a customer service, office support, or business support role. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A team player who enjoys collaboration and achieving shared goals.
