Temporary Customer Relationship Administrator

Location:

The Role:

As a Temporary Customer Relationship Administrator, you will join the customer service team, engaging with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

* Processing customer orders via email and phone, ensuring they are entered accurately on our ERP system and meeting KPI targets.
* Providing sales support to Customer Relationship Executives (CRE's).
* Supporting CRE's in the creation of customer quotations and logging them as opportunities within the company's CRM database.
* Managing team mailboxes, assigning emails to the relevant team members.
* Providing excellent customer service support via phone and email.
* Resolving customer issues within agreed timescales, recording all contact and outcomes in CRM.
* Understanding and applying Export Control regulations and maintaining awareness of regulatory developments to ensure compliance.
* Updating the ERP and CRM systems as required to assist the smooth running of the department.

About You:

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a methodical approach to problem-solving.

Experience with ERP and CRM systems is essential, along with a flexible attitude towards work. Attention to detail and a willingness to learn about the company's products are crucial for success in this role.
