Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Executive:
Managing customer applications from approval through to completion Keeping customers informed and supported throughout the process Working closely with colleagues and third parties to keep things moving Spotting and resolving any issues quickly and efficiently Maintaining accurate records using CRM and internal systems Supporting the team to deliver a smooth, high quality customer experience Handling inbound enquiries and providing excellent service

Skills & Experience:

Previous administration or customer service experience Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication skills and confidence dealing with people Ability to multitask in a busy, fast paced environment Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office In return as Customer Support Executive, you’ll receive realistic on target earnings of £30,000 per annum.
